Cocktail of the Week

Convite Sicaru'

Mezcal, absinthe, Green Chartreuse and grenadine are four ingredients you rarely find side by side — let alone all in the same cocktail. This oddball recipe from Convite finds a fascinating balance between its many influences, ultimately honing in on big flavors of citrus, smoke and spice that are far more accessible than its potion-pink hue might suggest. We'd recommend trying this with friends and comparing notes.

Ingredients

1 oz Convite Mezcal Una
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz Absinthe
1/2 oz Luxardo Grenadine Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, 15-20 seconds.
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
